Camping Rules
Camping Rules (all requests for camping must be made in advance)
On site camping is restricted to Merchants and Performers of the MRF
No general public Camping allowed at Cottonwood Park
- Under 18 camping rules: anyone under 18 will not camp without a Parent or legal Guardian. This includes 1 parent or an adult over 21 with a signed permission slip from the parent. If you are under 18 and are not camping you must leave the site by 10:30 pm. Every one will get a pass that will indicate whether they are camping or not. Please keep your pass with you at all times.
- Camping areas will be specified. If you have period camping equipment you may camp with in your yard. If not you must have all non period equipment out of site by 9:00am.
- No ground fires will be allowed. All other forms of camping lights are allowed if there is not a fire ban. (tiki’s, grills, fire pots, lanterns etc). If fires are necessary for your period camp or yard check with Charlene for current local fire restrictions.
- There is no under age drinking or any drug use allowed on this site at any time. If you are caught drinking under age or using illegal drugs, the police will be called and you will be removed without any warning.
- There may be local bathing showers available for a small donation; please ask at time of arrival.
- There is not any potable water available at Cottonwood Park.
